Timelines can vary, but on average, we aim to complete a design project within 4-6 weeks. Depending on the complexity of the project and how quickly feedback and approvals are provided, the full process can take anywhere from 4 to 12 weeks.
In your brand package, you’ll receive a full logo suite (primary, secondary, and icon versions), a custom color palette, typography selections, and a brand guidelines sheet to keep everything consistent. I’ll also include supporting assets like business card designs, social media templates, and branded mockups to help you launch with a complete, polished look.
Our standard payment plan is 50/50, but we’re flexible and happy to discuss a custom installment plan that fits your needs. We do require a non-refundable deposit to officially start your project, with the remaining balance due upon completion, just before the project is completed.
Once we receive the full project details, we can assess if there’s room in our schedule to take it on. We only commit to what we can give our full focus and attention, ensuring every project gets the care, creativity, and quality it deserves. Because we prioritize quality over quantity, we complete all current commitments before starting anything new — guaranteeing every client the same high standard of work.
